Terms & Conditions — Rapid Rescue
Service Provision
a. Rapid Rescue provides ambulance and medical transport services in Delhi NCR, including emergency and non-emergency transfers, and support based on the patient’s needs (for example: oxygen support, ICU ambulance, hospital-to-hospital transfers, and other medical travel).
b. Service availability depends on factors such as location coverage, traffic conditions, vehicle availability, and local rules.
c. Rapid Rescue may refuse or stop a service if it appears unsafe, illegal, or not suitable for the patient’s condition based on the information provided and on-ground assessment.
Booking and Payment
a. Bookings are accepted through our approved channels such as phone calls, website/online enquiry, or authorized partners, and are confirmed only after availability is checked.
b. Charges, payment method, and any extra requirements (equipment, attendant, distance, waiting time, etc.) are shared during booking and are based on the final trip details.
c. If you cancel or change a booking, any applicable cancellation or rescheduling charges will be informed at that time and will apply as per the situation (for example: vehicle already dispatched, waiting time, or short-notice cancellation).
Patient Responsibilities
a. The caller/patient/legal representative must provide correct details during booking, including pickup and drop location, patient condition, oxygen/ICU needs, mobility issues, and a reachable contact number.
b. The patient and attendants must follow safety instructions given by the ambulance staff during pickup and travel (seat belts, safe positioning, movement precautions, etc.).
c. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, Rapid Rescue will not be responsible for delays, wrong vehicle selection, or any extra cost or issues arising from that.
Liability and Insurance
a. Rapid Rescue arranges services through its network and operates with safety practices; insurance coverage may apply as per the vehicle/operator policy and local requirements.
b. While we take all reasonable steps to transport patients safely, Rapid Rescue is not responsible for delays, route issues, traffic blocks, accidents, hospital admission delays, or events beyond our control.
c. Patients and attendants are responsible for personal belongings. Rapid Rescue is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to items during transport.
Confidentiality and Privacy
a. Rapid Rescue keeps patient information private and uses it only for booking, service delivery, and coordination.
b. Patient details may be shared only when needed—for example with the receiving hospital, medical staff, authorized partners, or as required by law.
Amendments and Termination
a. Rapid Rescue may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our official channels.
b. Either party may stop the service if required. If an ambulance is already dispatched or the trip has started, applicable charges may still apply.
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between Rapid Rescue and the patient or their legal representative. By booking or using our service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
